Using QuickBack

You can use QuickBack to create and join sessions, submit content, and view results. You're responsible for any content you submit and for making sure it doesn't break any laws or infringe on anyone's rights. We may moderate or remove content that we believe is inappropriate or harmful.

Accounts & Access

You can join sessions with or without creating an account. If you create an account, keep your login details secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or if we need to protect the service.

Payments

Paid plans and subscriptions are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as our merchant of record. They process payments, handle taxes, and manage billing. Payment details are collected and stored securely by Paddle, not by QuickBack.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted providers to host, store, process, and enhance QuickBack. These include:

• Vercel - hosting and analytics
• Supabase - database and authentication
• Paddle - payments and subscriptions
• OpenAI - AI summaries and content moderation
• Resend - For sending out emails

These services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply in addition to ours.

Service Changes

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of QuickBack at any time. We may also update these terms, and if we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of QuickBack means you accept the latest version.

Limitation of Liability

QuickBack is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We're not liable for any damages that result from using or not being able to use QuickBack.
