How our refunds work

At QuickBack, your feedback sessions and AI-powered summaries are available right after purchase. If you for want to apply for a refund, you can do that within 14 days, as long as you have not created and started more than 1 feedback session. That said, if you are not eligble for a refund, we still want you to feel good about using QuickBack. If something isn't working as promised, you didn't receive your feedback or AI summary or you feel we've missed the mark entirely - email us at ppa.kcabkciuq@tcatnoc within 14 days of purchase. We'll review your case and see what we can do — whether that's fixing the issue, adding extra sessions, or issuing a refund. We aim to be fair to you and to keep QuickBack running smoothly for everyone.
